RecommendedMy husband is a Stage 3 cancer patient and needed fluids today. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated and how kind they were to us. So thankful we got in to see them today.

They are very nice and they got me in and out fast thanks Med north❤️❤️
They need to teach their employees how to speak to patients when a stressful situation is happening. They also need to re-train their front office staff on appropriate breakdowns when a patient ask how it is filed prior to service so that said patient can confirm whether or not they want to move forward with the physician at that time. I was told it was an office visit yet they filed it as a surgery for a cut on my daughters toe.
The staff here is amazing. They have always been so good to my kids and myself. They work hard and efficiently.
We visited the Med Center North River location today and had a wonderful experience. The location was very convenient to us. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable as we waited. We were seen promptly, and felt as though our care was top priority. We will absolutely be going back to this location again!
I went to MedCenter North yesterday for a terrible problem with my ear. The service I received was nothing short of the BEST! The nurses & staff to include the treating physician were extraordinarily pleasant and professional. I was in and out and back to work within 2 hours. Thank you MedCenter North for taking such great care of me & getting me well.
Went yesterday with bronchitis and was greeted with kind and helpful ladies. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen and when I was Dr. Busenlehner was great! Recommend to anyone to use this Med Center
I was made to make a co pay when I have a secondary insurance that pays the co pay. Since they could not verify it at that time I paid it. I was told from med center to call Monday and get a refund once they confirmed it. GUESS WHAT. not so. They will not give it back to you. Claim they have to wait for both insurances to pay. It is all a game with drs. and insurances. they scam you.
