The staff here is amazing. They have always been so good to my kids and myself. They work hard and efficiently.
We visited the Med Center North River location today and had a wonderful experience. The location was very convenient to us. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable as we waited. We were seen promptly, and felt as though our care was top priority. We will absolutely be going back to this location again!

RecommendedI went to MedCenter North yesterday for a terrible problem with my ear. The service I received was nothing short of the BEST! The nurses & staff to include the treating physician were extraordinarily pleasant and professional. I was in and out and back to work within 2 hours. Thank you MedCenter North for taking such great care of me & getting me well.

I was made to make a co pay when I have a secondary insurance that pays the co pay. Since they could not verify it at that time I paid it. I was told from med center to call Monday and get a refund once they confirmed it. GUESS WHAT. not so. They will not give it back to you. Claim they have to wait for both insurances to pay. It is all a game with drs. and insurances. they scam you.
NEVER GO THERE! THE MOST UNCARING INCOMPENTENT STAFF!
They are always friendly and make you feel comfortable. As far as copay, when we went in they told us we didn't have one, we actually had a credit on our account. I wasn't even aware of it and they didn't have to tell us but they did. The doctors are great and always caring so I couldn't say one bad word about them.
