RecommendedHave used Midcenter in Hoover several times. The doctors and staff are always caring. They have called in the past just to followup on my care.

I had been once before for myself and had a great experience. However, this time I took my son and they dx him with strep. I gave them his primary and secondary insurance. I later get a bill for $31.00. If any of you have 2 insurances, you know that normally for office visits you don’t have to pay anything. So, I called them to verify they billed both insurances. They need to teach their employees how to speak to patients when a stressful situation is happening. They also need to re-train their front office staff on appropriate breakdowns when a patient ask how it is filed prior to service so that said patient can confirm whether or not they want to move forward with the physician at that time. I was told it was an office visit yet they filed it as a surgery for a cut on my daughters toe.
