Rude and insensitive doctor. I left in more pain than when I came in. We'll never go here again. Side note to the manager that reads this: dont comment below saying you're going to follow up if you have absolutely no intention of actually following up. Terrible business all around.
Worst experience here ever. I called before going in to explain I would be coming in on my lunch break and confirmed I would be done in time to get back to work without being late. The front staff was nice and friendly but the staff in the back didn't seem to care there were sick ppl that need to be tended to. They had their music blaring so loud I could here it loudly through the walls of the patient room I was in and I could here them cutting up laughing and carrying on. Waited 2 hours for a QTC x-ray. The day before I was there and they told me it was broke. Today went and waited 2 hours and was told urgent care patients were being seen before me. I had to leave and pick my kids up. No office manager onsite to handle the problem. The lady of front gave me her number to call before I show up next time. Although no appts could be made for a 5 minute x-ray of my foot. I will be taking this claim all the way to the top. They were good to my mom. I called ahead of time and asked how many people were in the lobby and the lady who answered the phone said that there were two people so if we came right away, our wait should be less than 15 min and she was right. They were very pleasant and as prompt as can be expected. My mother is 95 and moves slowly and they never acted impatient. The “doctor” was rude AF. She didn’t even introduce herself when she came in. Didn’t examine me. She asked what was wrong and ARGUED with me when I told her why I hadn’t tried to solutions she suggested. No one came back to escort me out they just left me sitting there so I walked out. They forgot to give me my prescription for antibiotic. The only good thing was the very very helpful blonde receptionist. They wouldn’t see my s/o without a $125 co pay up front. Always nice. Very busy today though. Took a couple hours but usually it takes 30 minutes to an hour.
Worse place ever they think if your baby don't show on a pregnancy test you are not pregnant they never even checked me the doctor just sat there and argued with me lol guess when something is kicking inside you and you dont show your not pregnant wow don't go here for. Anything when your pregnant because even tho you are pregnant your not what a joke
Didn't even get doctor's name. Don't see it on my paperwork. He was your typical "I'm God" complex prick. Drives a silver/grey Porshe.
