I would have gave five stars in the past. I had a fearful experience today. The front desk receptionist Tiara was very rude,hurtful, embarrassing,and unprofessional.out of my years of coming to the clinic which is in my insurance network because I'm in the military who before this date has been the best even nurse practitioner starks even got me into a Dr office she works for so I can deal with my anxiety and ptsd.Today I was threatened in front of my children not once but twice called corporate while dealing with this ungod... read more

They have never called me with results. I have called 10 times left 5 messages. I have called corporate and left a message on their page. They did not give me the information to sign up for a portal. My daughter needed testing for college reentry. They just want to charge you for an office visit for a covid test then you never hear from them again.
