I went at 7:30 on a Wednesday after work apologizing because they only had 30 minutes until closing. Even said “no problem, you’re good.” Dr Genivieve Jones saw me and prescribed medication and told me to come back if not any better. So Monday I went back and she changed the diagnosis to shingles because the rash had broken out at that time. Once again prescribed me and they even called me today to see if I was feeling better. Very happy with the care I received both times!

I am so happy with today's experience at this facility. It is so hard to find a kind, thoughtful, and caring doctor these days. Genevieve Jones, M.D. fit that exact discription. I had a pretty embarasing problem and she went above and beyond with making sure I felt comfortable. She really took care of me. She said, "God put me here to help you". They are so lucky to have her. So, a big thanks to her for being so amazing. You don't find someone like her often. She deserves a raise.

I came in on 1/23/17 and chose to go here than Doctors Care across the street because they were less crowded. I understand why now. I went in because I know I had some asthma issues along with upper respiratory problems as well! I knew exactly what was wrong with me because it always happens around this time of year. I was expecting to get my vitals done then x-rayed, given a breathing treatment then an antibiotic shot (depending on the x-ray) and a steroid shot. Then get my rx for those and start feeling better! I was first seen around the 19th of December, given a prescription with a refill if needed. I called almost a week later b/c I was still feeling poorly, but now the cold had traveled into my chest. The doctor called me in a prescription, which broke me out in hives. I called the office and spoke to Ebony and told her what had happened. Today was my first time at MEDcare and I was very happy. The facility is very clean and welcoming and there was no one in the waiting room. I was seen within 5 minutes! Everyone was kind. I especially appreciated the compassion of the Doctor!!

My daughter is a C of C student. She went to this clinic today and was in and out with only one patient ahead of her. It's awful when you are so far away and your child gets sick. It's good to know this clinic is nearby and available for weekend appointments.
