I just had one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life at MEDcare in Spartanburg. We made an appointment online for my daughter who has been experiencing Covid like symptoms over the last couple of days. A little backstory, one of my other daughters tested positive on December 19th. We took my entire family to be tested the next day and in fact my wife and I also tested positive for Covid-19. Horrible experience. Staff barley wearing masks, woman with 2 kids came into the waiting room unmasked, saying she didn’t think her kids had COVID but a respiratory infection. NOBODY on the staff told the woman to mask herself or her loud screaming kids. Luckily I was on the other side of the waiting room.
