Rob was timely, professional and very thorough. He is excellent in the work he performs in home inpsection. I would use him again, no questions asked.
We had a great experience with Rob at Medallion. He was very nice and extremely thorough. The last time we bought a house, nothing was explained and we were bombarded by this and what needs fixed, which put us into panic mode. Medallions approach was very different and the personal service put our minds at ease. Mainly the difference was the explaining that most items of interest where common for the age of the house.
