This was my first experience with MedSouth-Birmingham, as a new customer; I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer-service, it was top-notch! The office staff: Regina & Julie who warmly greeted me (in-person at the 5th Avenue South location) and answered all of my questions; special thanks to Mr. Tyrell, who delivered my dad's oxygen supplies; he was polite, professional, and prompt. Kudos for making us feel welcome - keep up the good work!
