I think it would be good to go over more of the sales process, networking, finding patterns, protocols, interviewing, networking, ride alongs, over learning how to do a surgery. I think it should be more mentorship focused. Getting the job should be more of the focus. Also, not everyone will go into the exact program they went to school for.
