terrible incompetent illegal practices. Not member friendly. And also they lie a lot.
I would gave it a zero if I could. Avoid talking with David in customer service . He sucks! Very unprofessional, rude, impatient. He always talk on his own and not listening to what clients said at all. Avoid him!!!!!!!!!!
I didn’t know it was possible that one person could make such a world-class mess out of a simple yet critically important appointment with one’s primary care physician. Truly. I couldn’t replicate the series of inconceivable errors their representative made if it were my life’s sole purpose.
