Got billed for a "minor surgery" because they poured saline on my toe that did not require stitches. Tried to talk to them about this, but got a very nasty supervisor who was dismissive and told me that the billing was correct, and I was wrong. Terrible customer service, office was dingy. The only positive thing I can say was that my nurse was very nice, and the doctor who saw me was polite. I will never be back.
Dr. Lohre just might have saved my life.
