I walked in and the person at the counter was completely indifferent to me. When i provided my insurance card and said ,"i think that's the card" they replied...' well is it or isn't it? I won't be able to tell! The proceeds to tell me it will be 110 dollars...when i know my Co pay is around 25. I walked out and went to the Kroger little clinic where i was helped quickly and politely.

Had a great experience (despite feeling crappy) at Med urgent care yesterday. From check in to check out, everyone was cheerful, attentive, thorough and kind. Cannot ask for much more when seeking medical help.
This is my go to place when I can't get into my doctor. Staff and physicians are polite and professional. Office is clean! I can't tell you how many people I have sent there and everyone of them have had an excellent experience. Keep up the good work!!!
