Doctor was very rude both times and made sarcastic comments. It’s pretty bad when a 17 year old has more respect than a grown women- Receptionist didn’t have a mask on while guest were in the waiting room and only put it on while in front of the desk!

RecommendedMed Plus is the Best Urgent Care in the Tri State Area. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Located in the Montgomery business district.

Here for my fiancé. The front desk worker, Steve, was very rude and seemed quite agitated that we were here. If we hadn’t needed to use this specific location for my fiancé I would not have stayed past meeting the person checking us in. He treated us as though we were incompetent and was very short throughout the entire process. Another woman came in after us and he was just as equally condescending to her as well.

I had never been to an Urgent Care and needed to see a doctor because it was a holiday and mine was not available. I was impressed that there is a doctor on staff. They gave me an X-Ray at the facility to rule out pneumonia. I left with a prescription for bronchitis and a call within a week to check and see if I was feeling better. Great service.
