Dr.Mel and his staff are awesome! Claudia, Yvette, Latoya, Lisa really care about seeing that you are have what you need before you leave. Dr. Mel takes his time and is concerned with how you feel. 2/21/19. I continue to believe in Dr. Mel and his staff. From the front desk at check in to the check out. Yvette is very thorough. I appreciate how she makes sure things have been completed. I don't mind her taking that extra minute with someone else because I know she will do the same for me if I have a question.
4 🌟 at first they were a little slow but with the new changes things are great
Horrible staff. Waiting outside at 8:30am when they are supposed to be open at 8am... After this visit I am changing my doctor. I was told just to wait in my car.. it's freezing outside. So pissed off right now.
I love Dr Mel an his staff they are awesome,people. They care an take there time. They are great with my son who has special needs An,make him feel Very comfortable. Dr Mel has been our Dr for years I would follow h in anywhere. He cares an a great man. His PA that he has is an wonderful normally I won't see a PA because of my sons issues put He is great at what he does. I don't mi,d seeing him if Dr Mel isn't available,
I think its a good office and my new dr listens to everything i say and some people need to chill cause this new dr is great ive haf to chase down dr Zahm twice well im done chaseing
