Pleasant experience each time I need to be seen by MD. From the front desk to the back and then the provider, everyone was very friendly and professional.

Jessica is the best !!! She is kind and caring and takes time to talk to you and find out what's going on. She follows up and makes sure you are well. All of the ladies that work in the office, from the front desk to the people who take your blood and get your info are all sweet and friendly !! I wouldn't go anywhere else !!!
My daughter took me to here for treatment. I got a fish hook in my finger in one side and came out the otherside. The staff got the Dr to come out and check to see if she could take out or go to emergency room at hospital, they took it out right away. They were very quick, polite, and great. We we're seen and on our way in about 1 hour total. We will for sure be there if we need service again. Mary from Willow Spring,N.C
The physicians and staff are great. The billing department is another issue. I've not received a bill however when I came to be seen they said I had balance of $160 and had to pay half or I couldn't be seen for an urgent issue unless I paid half. That's a kick in the teeth because I'm disabled on disability.
The receptionist was rude as hell and lied to my face. I asked what the wifi password was, because two wifi networks popped up (one specifically for the lobby) and she said they didn't have one. The doctors seem fine, but their staff has got to change. I've been waiting for over an hour and she has just been giggling with her coworker, acting like helping people is annoying...IT'S YOUR JOB.
