Dr Heltsley is very professional & knowledgeable about his field. Much better experience when compared to Visionworks. I had both my eyes examined and my contacts ordered here. John is great as well. He ordered my contacts. Appointment wait time is also short. Definitely recommend!
Attempted to make appointment. Had to call 3 times (no call backs). The receptionist was not paying attention to my questions. I asked who the Opthamohogist was and she gave me the name off DR. Heltsly- who is actually the Optomistrist. I said I need a noon appointment and she offered me all these times and I repeated I need noon and she then told me they were closed at noon.
