He is the best!
I have a HORRIFIC GI history (start with C.diff 4 times). I was really scared when I moved to Naples 5 years ago. Dr Meckstroth and his Nurse Practictioner, Karina have saved my life several times while avoiding surgery or a bag. Great doctor and staff
Superb doctor with an excellent office staff.
While having a colonoscopy is not something one looks forward to, Dr Meckstroth and staff made this as good an experience as one could have. Everyone I dealt with that day was so kind, professional, and caring. It was truly a great experience and I highly recommend this wonderful staff. My husband will be going soon and I expect another smooth and positive experience for him.

I am very thankful to have met Dr. Steven Meckstrath. His office and PA very helpful, the procedure center excellent in every way, and Dr. Meckstroth called me personally with the lab reports. I was given very helpful educational sheets on 3 GI issues with symptoms, risk factors and treatment. I have never had this information from 2 groups in Ohio--I give him a 5 and would not to hesitate to recomend him to friends.
Horrible experience, he refused to refund my consultation fee for a colonoscopy that he would not provide to me. The worst experience I have ever had, he is a disgrace to the medical profession.
Dr. Meckstroth has an excellent bed-side manner, an excellent staff and is a very caring doctor. I have gone to him for over 15 years and have had numerous colonoscopies and have been very satisfied with all. Notice I said "satisfied" but that is as positive a comment that I can use for a colonoscopy. :-) Seriously, the colonoscopy procedures have been very easy, it's the prep that I don't look forward to. Dr. Meckstroth is very comforting in this otherwise very uncomfortable procedure.
