My daughter took her car in on November 10th. We were quoted a price and a time of 7.5 hours. Today is November 24th, we have been given dates it would be completed multiple times. Every time there is some excuse it couldn't be finished. The car still isn't fished. Going Monday to file charges under the Deceptive Consumer Sales Act. It is now into the first week of December. If it would be possible to give this business zero stars, I would. Worst mechanic ever. Ended up keeping my mother-in-laws vehicle for over four months and never fixed it. Did the same with a friend. Thankfully, he’s out of business. Horrible human who obviously had personal problems but took it out on his customers!
The repair that was the priority, and never happened at this shop. My Infiniti I35, (2003) was spewing and trailing smoke from start up. They fixed everything else on the list, but apparently this was too much for them, and they decided to be spiteful rather than try and work with me other than unnecessary shampooing treatments. Or maybe they forgot to check, either way, they couldn't figure this out and were complete jerks about it. Hey, it was the PCV valve, jerks! A $150, 1-3 hour job.
