I’ve gone to Dr Mech for a long time and his office staff has always treated me well!!! I noticed about 6 months ago things were changing! But after blowing up the phone daily I would get results! But I’m not getting anywhere now!!!! My son needs his medication, if I drive all that way, is someone in the new office? I’m tired of this! Our insurance is about to cancel and I need to get this dealt with! I gave him 5 stars just because of the past, but I need to know what is going on!!!!!!! And quickly!
Have been a pt and fan of Dr. Mech for 13+ yrs. Saw him 3 wks ago at new ofc location in Plano. Feeling a bit broken hearted for him b/c there is something going on. No doubt - he IS THE BEST in his profession. I will be praying for him.
I have been going to Dr. Mech for almost 20 years. He's a great doctor, who considers diet, sleep and supplements, as well as traditional treatments. He is always aware of new available treatments as well!
Website is suspended, no one answers the phone, they schedule appointments that they do not honor, I am wondering if this place is still in business at this point.
Dr Mech seems more knowledgeable, updated, open-minded, listens better, and has a broader knowledge than most other doctors. He actually makes an effort to keep up with the latest research and expand his knowledge so he can help patients better. He listens to his patients, takes their concerns seriously, and is very thorough when it comes to checking everything he can to make sure he makes the right diagnosis.
And he's disappeared yet again and no refills, no record requests. Nothing... vanished. I think it's pretty clear he's a fraud or an addict at this point
