The staff was always amazing. Dr. Mech was always a good doctor (or so I thought), but how you gonna just disappear off the face of the earth & leave a bunch of patients’ health in danger, without giving any sort of warning? The least he could have done is warned his patients of what was to come & given them enough medicine to get by until they found a new doctor.
Dr. Mech: if and when you and your office staff rectify an egregious mistake, l will gladly take down this post. In November 2016, you suggested to me that l have a DNA test done--a cheek swab--to help determine which meds might be better for me. I asked if Cigna, my insurance company, covered the test, and you assured me it did. However, someone employed by you sent the test to an out-of-network lab. Dr. Mech was wonderful in regards to treating our son for year's. We loved his staff when we first started to go to him as they were friendly and helpful. However, everything went down hill after he moved out of his first/original location. Then after non payment of rent on his second location, his staff seemed to all jump ship as he moved to yet another location.
