I thought transferring from one facility out of state to the same facility in California would be an easy transition especially when I started the transfer process a month before leaving my prior state. I have had to delay my job start date and lost out on opportunities waiting for staffing to be available at this location. On top of that the overall vibe is a little weird when first coming into the facility. I get the feeling staff at this facility is stretched thin and maybe no one is addressing it adequately.
