The staff throughout our St J Main Children's hospital experience exceeded our expectations and made a hard day of pediatric surgery feel safe. The check in went smoothly. All of the Pre-op team- nurse Heidi, PCT Ms Savvy, the anesthesiologist, CRNA + Student, were fantastic and on point. They made my nervous 5yo (and his very anxious mom!) feel safe and comfortable. Dr Totah was the worst neurologist I’ve even had. He scared me with talking about a possible brain stem stroke and then didn’t get an mri for over 24 hours. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. He also stated my brain tumor is gone because your radiology team failed to mention it in their report. He is grossly mistaken and should be reprimanded for his statement. I requested a transfer to TGH to my brain surgery team and was refused. This was the best hospital experience I have ever had! Every single member of the staff that I interacted with were wonderful! I would recommend this hospital to anyone! I would drive 20 miles out of my way to go to this hospital. The staff were helpful, professional, compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and proactive. Thank you to everyone! 🤗

First time in a Baycare Hospital, this hospital puts other area hospital to shame. Everybody was happy and so uplifting to help you. I had a patient coordinate named Tiffany, who was more like having my best friend with me. She kept checking in on me, they whole time I was there. She is a very good asset to your hospital.
