Get directionsVery poor communication and poor customer service and doctors misinformed me. The nurses would answer call lights and also i would complain to the staff and get no where. One nurse said if I didn’t like I could leave and find another hospital. Very rude nurses and they did not make time for you so I would not recommend this Hospital-South to no one. The worse hospital experience I have ever had.
Savvy was amazing, so thankful for her compassion! All staff were friendly and comforting during my sons procedure. Thank you for taking such amazing care of myself and my baby boy!

My elderly father was left in his bed without help and was made fun of because he could not hold his bladder. No shower in 3 days and made to wear urine stained clothing home instead of allowing clean clothes. Due to covid no family allowed to visit and the nurses on the night shift completely mistreated him. I will be taking this higher as I am disgusted with the treatment he received

I had an unexpected surgery. It was emotional for my husband and I and something we had not expected and came with only 2 days planning. With COVID in the picture and feeling very alone because family could not be inside the hospital at all.The staff was amazing. Kind! Compassionate! Gentle and patient hands. Everyone of them. My mother had a knee replacement July 9 2020 which included an overnight stay. She fell July 11 2020 in the early morning and broke her wrist and was transported back to Morton Plant. Not one nurse or case manager bothered to call any family members during her 3 day stay. I called daily for her progress. I found out my mother was being discharged from my mother at 4:30 pm telling me to pick her up at 5. No one called myself nor my father to advise us that she would be discharged.
