Meah has been wonderful for my mental health. I appreciate being listened to and being provided options to address my needs.
Started coming to Meah about a year ago for general anxiety and they've been extremely helpful. They looked into some supplements that would compliment other medical issues to address some nutritional imbalances that could contribute to anxiety to start. From there they have been helping me through talk therapy and I have experienced a lot of growth in my ability to regulate my anxiety since. I would strongly recommend that folks work with Meah on these and similar issues!
