Nice, complete, professional-looking facilities. Pool, clubhouse and the park are a big plus. Move-in ready is also a plus. The siding in some of the buildings needs cleaning. The grounds are well maintained.

I can't beleive this place hired back the same lady for maintenance that destroyed a lot of places when she worked here under Dominumum. You can't make this stuff up.
I’ve been a resident here for six years and in all the time I’ve lived here there has not been a better maintenance man than Russell. He’s super nice, always very respectful and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. The property grounds have never looked better. Kelly in the front office is kind, and very knowledgeable. Whenever I call with a question or concern, she always takes the time to talk to me about it. I never feel rushed, and I know that she will figure out a solution to whatever issue may be going on.
