I have lived in this community many years. The school districts are great for Goshen and everything needed is within minutes away. The Townhomes are spacious, and the new management is making a positive effort for improvements. Be patient. As Townhomes are being moved out of, they are being newly renovated and look nice. I love this community. Kelly and the maintenance staff are doing their best to meet every need of the community. Being patient and understanding will help with any and all concerns anyone may have. It has gotten horrible since 2020. The only good thing here is Kelly and Kathy. I’ve been without heat the whole winter and it was never fixed meaning I don’t have air. 3 of my kids have asthma with myself having chronic asthma and lupus in which the heat and sun makes me start to flare up. I’ve been back and forth to the hotel the last 2 weeks because of the heat. I was told it would be done by the end of the week 4 different times. My family and I moved in feb 2025, we haven’t had any problems. Kelly is absolutely amazing, Russ is so nice and always understanding of issues (unlike Bryan who isn’t here anymore) they really are nice people to have managing and fixing this place. I met the new grounds lady, I can’t remember her name but she is so sweet. I feel at home here. All the parents watch out for everyone's kids and that makes me feel safe I like walking around the pond and playing basket ball at the court . Kelly is always really nice and helpful to me .
