Dr. Wallace called me a bad mom straight to my face for not taking my kid to the ER over something he told me would heal on it's own...
I wouldn't recommend this place Dr Wallace is a quack don't explains test results and that is not professional..
Came for constant ear fluid. Waited for months for this appt. Doctor said he sees no fluid and gave me a paper for a low salt diet for ear pain? Left and went to urgent care. Ear FULL of fluid. Getting new referral. Waste of time.
Nurse was great. But the Doctor was rude when he told me there was nothing he could do for my hearing in my left ear. Told me he knew that wasn't what I wanted to hear but he couldn't do anything. Said if I had a scar I was trying to get fixed that he couldn't fix that either. I didn't mind that there was nothing to help my ear, but it is how he was smiling and told me there was nothing he could do for me.
