We called called and called the ear Dr to get my wife a part for her hearing aid for two months all we been getting is the run around. If u going to tell some to there face that it will get it in a week , should have gotten it . But the ear Dr taking for ever to get her hearing aid piece .and the receptionist are very very rude to me my wife .the receptionist doesn't take the responsibility to make things get done
