We are very pleased with Desert Oaks. Under new management, they have really turned things around for their residents. We helped a good friend move in recently and her quality of life has significantly improved. The smile in her voice each time we talk with her is evidence that Desert Oaks is doing things the right way.
If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!
Absolutely as bad as it gets. This used to be called the Meadows where an unsupervised resident was found frozen in a freezer. Google it.
Great staff and quality care. There are a lot of people who try to make this a place your loved ones can enjoy life even while needing a bit of assistance.
Deseret Oaks is a very nice, clean and upbeat place! My mother n law Nancy is very happy there! She absolutely loves the dining hall and their menu; and it looks like a nice restaurant setting. We have been especially impressed with the Administrative Staff- Travis ( the Administrator) goes over and beyond to get to know all the residents by name; and literally helps in every area needed ( including the dining hall-if they’re short handed); extremely efficient and kind!!
