Great staff and quality care. There are a lot of people who try to make this a place your loved ones can enjoy life even while needing a bit of assistance.
Deseret Oaks is a very nice, clean and upbeat place! My mother n law Nancy is very happy there! She absolutely loves the dining hall and their menu; and it looks like a nice restaurant setting. We have been especially impressed with the Administrative Staff- Travis ( the Administrator) goes over and beyond to get to know all the residents by name; and literally helps in every area needed ( including the dining hall-if they’re short handed); extremely efficient and kind!! Staff is very kind, organized, friendly and respectful! Administration is aware and considerate of the residents and staff! Kitchen really has a knack for creating delicious meals! Maintenance is always on the job and helpful when the unexpected happens! I feel save and protected living here!
Facility staff shows great patient care. Dani is exceptionally helpful and engages in conversation with kindness and compassion.
Desert oaks has been a breath of fresh air relocating my 81 year old mother here from another facility locally. They have gourmet chefs that take the time to know everyone's name here and cater to them like no place you will go for senior care. They have been known to give extra desserts, cook special items that aren't on the menu, and really go all out to make sure the residents enjoy staying here.
