Very argumentative and unimpressive when it came to a resolution. She didn’t care to voice her opinion but when you voiced yours it was unheard or she simply talked over you. She needs to respect the entire party/parties she’s helping. The fact that she was snappy towards us when we paid far too much with no resolution. Upset to have paid for her in mediation.
