This office is literally walking distance from my house. I came in after being annoyed with my wisdom teeth. They scheduled extraction after a very personable consultation. I'm very much satisfied with their customer service and dental service. I just had my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday and it didn't take more than half an hour! In recovery now and doing just fine. Dr. Chu was awesome. Cleaned my teeth quickly, thoroughly, and painlessly. And we had similar taste in TV and film, so that helped the time pass quickly too!
I had an awesome experience! I had to have several teeth pulled before getting my top dentures. One tooth was a problem but the dentist was so gentle and took his time making sure I felt no pain during the procedure. I have had my top dentures for 3 yrs and I haven't had any problems. The whole staff from the front office to the dental assistants in the back were great! Going to the dentist isn't supposed to be a great time but my experience was great!
Great experience overall. Had two crowns done on my front teeth, both of which look very natural. They do their own same day crowns, but sent mine out because they were kind of difficult and they wanted them to be perfect. They even sent one back to be redone because they said it just wasn't perfect and they didn't want it to be anything less than that. I grind my teeth when I sleep and I actually broke the post with the temp crown. They got me in right away so Dr chew could fix it for me. Definitely going back!
Great experience over all to say the least , my husband has been going there for a few years and he's needed tones of dental work done they have been able to work with his crazy work schedule and made him feel as comfortable as you can at the dentist , the staff is great and very welcoming after going there we for sure won't go to another dentist !! We Love love them !!
This is a great office everyone is super friendly and caring . Never had a problem after leaving this office always done a great job . There is alway a smile on there face .
Can't seem to put on a crown properly. Had to go back in numerous times for adjustments and it just falls out. They "fix" it and it falls out the next day. Dr. Chu doesn't even do the crown himself. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time and wind up with more dental work needed. * Follow up - Upon finding that he caused damage to her tooth and the work was done improperly he still refused to apologize but would give us a partial refund. At least he knows he is guilty.
