Their staff illegally accepted both the security deposit and first month's rent from my elderly mother without completing the lease. Due to unforeseen complications, we have been forced to try to find a different home for my mother to move to, but the staff so far has refused to return my calls. I am worried they plan on scamming my mother out of ~$2000. Certainly do not trust the staff and if anyone has any advice on how to report this, please contact me.
