So nice I love it
Moved here early october. The company refurbished the apartment before moving in. Did a great job on updating the flooring, bathroom, carpeting and paint. Some minor things needed adjustment after moving in but no big issue. The local manager is very responsive as well as the local maintenance personnel. So far any defects usually get repaired quickly. Clean neighborhood. Has a couple people who cause trouble. This is a problem since everyone lives so close to each other. They also need to mark the "free" spots and "assigned" spots. Otherwise the houses are very nice and management is efficient.
