As a former tenant, I have absolutely nothing good to say about this complex. Please avoid them at all costs, especially if you are military! Would give 0/5 if I could. Easily my worst housing experience to date.
3 weeks to change a light bulb??? Unacceptable… meadowood staff and maintenance team needs to step their game up!

They do inspections every two weeks. God forbid you have a one blind panel that breaks at the end. They charge you $125 to replace it and add it on to next months rent. I love this place but it just seems like they’re in my apartment more than I am.
