Tatanisha is the best leasing manager I have encountered. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure her residents are taken care of. I really appreciate her help when I moved in and she's been great when I have needed anything fixed. The maintenance team here is top tier! They get the job done ASAP. I recommend 5+ stars.
2012 my daughter moved out there and it was a beautiful gated community with no issues very upkepted and safe but now I’m moving from Florida and thought to check it out and the rating and standards have fallen tremendously it looks ghetto it’s gunshots vehicles being vandalized loud people and guests poor parking the gate hardly works it’s just a mess I guess I’ll be looking elsewhere for an apartment when I get back to Virginia
I lived here for one year and although I loved the property manager, Tanisha, the standards of living here were absolutely unacceptable. I had to put in multiple trouble tickets for bugs and mold. which for the bugs they just came and sprayed and it did nothing but the mold Not only did I make a request for mold on the front door to be taken care of.
