They never called or sent a paper receipt about my $100 fee I had left to pay, even called to update my address so they had it and instead they sent me to collections. No warning, no letters, nothing. When I went in for my appt I waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes and when I got into my appts they barley asked why I was going there but instead questioned what I put on my application.... Crooked place to say the least.
I was seen by Dr. Barb who was going through some deeply personal issues with her family at the time. She dozed off in two different sessions and other than listening out my hour long appointments I received no other feedback from her. I assumed my issues were boring, mundane, uninteresting and should not be stated to the general public in any capacity…for if a clinical physician that was being paid to listen to and/or help me through my issues couldn’t stay awake through my appointments, why would anyone want/need to listen... read more
I don't recommend coming here. Dr. Barb talked more than listened so we never really touched what was actually troubling me. After two appointments I was done.
