Didn't listen to us at all. Have to figure out how to get the report removed from records cause 75% of it is just factually inaccurate. They hear what they want to. Waited over a year for the appt as well. Thank you for the huge waste of my time and 0 help for my child.
I went here as a child and young adult and I really didn't connect with or like any of my therapists. I didn't like this place AT ALL for a really long time. They have an internship program now and I love the therapists I get so much. I actually look forward to my appointments and feel like they help a lot. The worst part is having to say goodbye. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I find this place helpful and the receptionists are quick at getting you in as soon as possible. My therapist is kind, like the rest of the staff here. Only thing I can complain about, which isn’t anybody there’s fault, is how long the hallways are 😅. Some of the openings to the building are closed too, I think because they may be low-staffed. Overall, it’s a nice place for therapy that I never had an issue with.
Customer service rep Jessica was very rude for someone in training she better get her phone attitude in check.
