I went to Meadowland of Carmel just to look around to decide what kind of car I would like to get next. Everyone there was very friendly, especially Danny who took the time to show me a few different style cars. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to make the switch!
Picked up my car today. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Meadowlands was a pleasure to do business with. Love my new car!!!!
Went in to look around for a possible new car. Danny helped me out showing me some options. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't too pushy. I like that. I didn't buy because I wasn't ready I was just looking. When I do decide to pull the trigger I'll definitely stop back in to see him!
Meadowland of Carmel service dept has to be the crummiest operation I've ever seen. Last time I was there I went in for an oil change and and unusual tire wear issue and I lost my truck for an entire day only to pick up my truck and find out they never changed the oil & and they were unwilling to help me with my bald tires that had a less than 16,000 miles on them. Once again. Service at your dealership is hopeless . I dropped my Durango to fix problem with "check fuel cap" . First i had to wait 4 days to get loaner. Before that i scanned my car by myself and it showed 2 codes :P0456 and P0457, problem with evap , small leak detection. I told that to a guy at the desk. After i finally left my car for service, couple hours later i got phone call that problem is fixed , the problem was new fuel cap and it had to be reprogrammed.
