First and foremost; they are liars! I spent $28k on a 2014 jeep and in my opinion they fucked me. Huge gauge in the tail gate that wasn't visible the day we looked at the car as it was raining and the car was covered in mud. When I bring it up the sales manager Tim tells me I'll work with you on it. I said, you mean you want me to fix this asshole! Fuck them! I usually don't take the time to write reviews but Steve Kaplan at Meadowlands of Carmel was unbelievable. The best way to describe the experience was "fun and exciting" Steve is not the typical car salesman- he's a man who loves his job and that makes him a superstar!!!!
