Meadowlands of Carmel service department just tried to defraud me. I brought in my 2015 Ram 3500 diesel for an oil change this morning. 10AM appointment, at 12 they tell me I should get new tires for a vehicle with 34,000 miles. When they return my truck it still has the same oil filter on it. When questioned the tech says he changed it. I refer him to the sharpie mark I placed on the oil filter prior to dropping it off (Pictures to prove it). No one knows what to say. We bought our 2015 Jeep Compass from Meadowlands and we are thrilled. I have to commend Vinny Madigan, he's personable, knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy! He was up front and the whole process was quite stress free and enjoyable. I will recommend Meadowlands and Vinny to all my friends!
