Had issue over weekend and maintenance came out. Swain made several trips to make sure my power was working until an electrification could get it fixed. Thank you Swain!!
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The only redeemable quality about this place was Veronica in the office. These places are old, run down, and have gaps in the floors and baseboards.. a perfect welcome mat for unwanted pests. I'm a little nervous writing this, but others need to be warned. I’m leaving this review to warn others who may be considering moving here. The quality of this complex has gone downhill badly. There is constant noise late at night, people are very rude, and trash is left everywhere. Many residents allow their dogs to use the bathroom in other people’s yards and do not clean up after them. Management does not seem to enforce rules or address these ongoing issues. I’m interested in living here, but getting in touch with office staff or maintenance to view an apartment is like pulling teeth. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone. I even spoke with a resident and they also said that getting in touch with anyone was difficult
Mostly a peaceful neighborhood, but it’s in a sketchy area. A random man dressed in all black came up to mine and my boyfriends’ door once claiming to know us and we had to call the police, he left pretty quickly after we refused to open the door so we knew he wasn’t coming with good intentions. The worst part about living here though is the roaches, first day we moved in I saw a dead house roach in the back of my closet.
