Verified Renter I plan on renewing our lease. Everyone is kind. Rent pricing is reasonable given the location. Our unit is everything I was expecting and more. I'd recommend Meadowland. Just be wary of the shooting range noise.

This is the least 'peaceful' place I've ever lived. Their voicemail says 'peaceful community'. It is the opposite. One would think I'm referring to the gun range right behind us, which is assuredly very loud, but one can almost get used to those pops. I am referring to the people who live here. I have been verbally assaulted on multiple occasions, even in front of my young son. There is also one neighbor who insists on walking up and down in front of all the apartments, pulling an enormous speaker, blasting music. I have ask... read more
Great place to live! My wife and I have lived here for 5 years. We are very happy with the level of service we have received. The appartments have changed hands but maintained their service. Our repair requests have been addressed in a timely manner, and resolved without a hassle. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a moderately priced housing solution.

Andre @ Meadowlands Andre did amazing from showing the apartment to get the paperwork done and then walking me through it . Also after I moved in He and John made sure that all any maintenance concerns I had were fixed immediately. They had REDONE the apartments from the appliances to carpet and floors.
