I would not recommend boarding any animals at the Allen Road facility. They don’t take proper steps to make sure they are feed correctly. Even when you label the bags with the instructions and they write it down on their sheets. They also do not provide any type of report on the dogs when you pick them up from boarding. It was a very disappointing experience.
My dog Elise stays there weeks at a time and my husband was told that her picture was on there Facebook page often. For two trips 14 days I have watched daily to see my baby and in 14 days I saw her twice. Also we spend a lot of money for a sweet so we can watch her on our computer. There feed is so bad it doesn’t work. It’s sad they say they offer these things but they don’t follow through. Very disappointed.
RecommendedThe staff is great and really seem to love the dogs. Murray has such a great time there. He can't wait to get in the door when we arrive and is tired when I pick him up. He plays constantly, which is great for this high-energy pooch! He loves it!
I’ve always had good experiences here. I’ve seen Dr. G for my puppy, and Dr. Couri for my senior dog. Both were very thorough and wonderful with my dogs. They do a good job educating you on how to continue keeping your pet happy and healthy.
friendly staff, great doctors... just a great clinic for almost anything.
My cat was acting really strange the other day and I called them up, basically in tears because I thought the worst. They got him in within an hour and he had to stay overnight. The vet called me twice that day to give me updates and then again after I brought him home just to see how he was doing. Could not recommend enough, they're truly wonderful.
I have 6 dogs ranging in age from 16.5 yrs to 1 yr. I have been taking all my dogs there since my 16 yr old was 8 weeks old. Excellent care, great care...could not ask for better.
All the doctors and staff are wonderful. Took our 8 wonderful puppies in today for their shots. Dr. G. Is absolutely awesome with the pups and momma. Thank you so much for taking care of us today. Dodger and I look forward to the 4th! Well maybe not him... but you know...
Very compassionate. I have been going there with my kitties for over 50 years.
