I was extremely disappointed with the handling of my “tentatively scheduled” appointment. It seems there may be a misunderstanding of what “ a tentative appointment " means. While it does imply that an appointment is subject to change, it also means it is reserved pending confirmation. Someone reached out to “schedule” an appointment with me via text. My experience at Meadowbrook has been amazing! I've done therapy for years and often struggle to connect with certain therapists. I was so excited when I found Meredith! She is professional, but very friendly and down to earth. She makes me feel at ease and has great insight. Highly recommend!
