With a labor rate of over $100.00 per hour, I would never go back here. There are plenty of good mechanics in Mechanicsville that charge much less. To top it off, the main thing that needed to get done, didn't get done. Burning my bridges with this company,

Meadowbrige tire and auto did right by me, I had to have a new muffler welded on and Ricky did an awesome job of helping me out in a pinch. Aria at the front desk brightened my day with her down to earth attitude and was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Meadowbridge tire and auto.
I would continue to use Meadowbridge Auto Service as I was always pleased with their service, but an incident in May where Mr. Baughan acted dishonorably in my opinion has changed that. He knows what I'm talking about. I would like to recommend the Service Manager/Receptionist, Karen. She is highly competent and a good reflection on the store. I recommend her in spite my poor perception of Mr. Baughan's duplicity.
Always honest and easy to work with. I trust them to help me decide what repairs are necessary and not to try to persuade me to spend more than necessary.
Meadowbridge helped my daughter get a flat tire changed. They were mindful of her need to get to an appointment and quickly got her back on the road. She also left her receipt, needed it to show why she may be late, and the manager Ricky sent her an electronic recipt as well. Thanks to this caring group of professionals my daughter made it to her appointment on time.
