I tried getting an apartment 1 year ago and they have nobody in there leasing office. Nobody answering phones or returning calls. They have an automated tour appointment system on their website. I scheduled a tour 3 days ago for today at 3:30 and was given a ambiguous email saying meet at unit 4b, if we can’t make the appointment someone will contact you, if we can make the appointment someone will contact you. Very nice place.
We are a young married couple that have lived here for 3 years and paid our rent on time each month. We have been good neighbors and members of the community. Meadow Ridge apartments chose not to renew us after 3 years for no given reason. They dodge our phone calls, are never in the office, refuse to meet in person, and are uncaring regarding maintenance requests. We loved our neighbors and the location but were treated very poorly by management. If they treat good tenants this way, I would not recommend you moving here.
This place was nice but then we moved in. The floor was wet in the bathroom because the pipes were leaking. There was mold that never got attended to by the staff. Which i don't even blame the maintenance people because they are probably told to put bandaids on problems since they are so cheap and like to take people’s money. My biggest issue is the fact that even as they say they are military friendly, they still charged us half a months rent when we had to move due to military orders.
