One of the most poorly insulated apartment complexes I have ever been in. You can hear every footstep, conversations, doors opening and closing, showers running. Not only from neighbors above, below but also on the sides. While maintenance is quick to come to the apartment, the actual repairs often drag out for weeks without resolution. The appliances are the lowest quality possible. They do not match what you pay. Lawn care and snow removal are very poor. Don't rent apts. here if you want peace and quiet... You hear EVERY noise, from peeing, to people talking. Dogs barking all the time and road traffic from the highway. The office staff is wonderful, and very friendly and helpful. It's just your neighbors you have to worry about.. Think twice we've been here 2 years now and it's only getting worse. Can't wait to buy a home and get out.
