Look for another place to get your service done. I looked at the reviews and saw a lot of good ones. If its something small like an oil change then this is definitely a place to come to. Any other actual repairs you need done though... Go somewhere else because it's not happening. Learned the hard way. First time and definitely my last time here
Excellent service with a great attitude
Service department is the worst. My 2017 RM 1500 broke down on my way home from some military training in Georgia. I elected to pay to have my truck towed back home over 800 miles and across 3 other states, because I called ahead and was told they would provide a loaner car for me while my repairs were being done. Dropped my truck off with full details of what happened and then was told there were no loaner cars, but they would rent me one for $90/day. I am a service member who has been to many dodge dealerships. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to in my life. Even when you book an appointment, they will not get to your vehicle until days after your pre-scheduled appointment. It took over 4 hours of being on hold and waiting to speak to an advisor just for them to lie. For any military or general customers, I caution you and recommend that you avoid this place completely!
