This updated review actually pains me to do, but the decline of the most basic customer service skills needs to be….”exposed”……. Whatever the decline was started fairly recently, as in after January 2025, new management, nes policies, or both. Had to have my JGW towed in by AAA for presumed dual battery failure. The reception, was not what I was expecting. TRASH!
Look for another place to get your service done. I looked at the reviews and saw a lot of good ones. If its something small like an oil change then this is definitely a place to come to. Any other actual repairs you need done though... Go somewhere else because it's not happening. Learned the hard way. First time and definitely my last time here
