Bryan and Cody came out and save the day at my nursing home with a quick repair on a 4 inch water main. Best plumbing company with the best employees hands down
Brian and Cody came out, asked questions about what it was doing and immediately went in and fixed the problem by removing the toilet and snaking the lines to include the shower. To make sure problem was fixed they asked us to run water upstairs and downstairs so they could check for correct drainage and no leaks. Before leaving they took the time to clean shower and floor around toilet with disinfectant cleaner and everything they were in contact with as well as asking if we had any questions for them. Waited two different days for them to show up never called to say they wouldn't be here. Third time showed up without what they needed to do the job. Went back to get what they needed and charged us for the time they were gone. Don't mind to pay for working time but not for time just hunting for what they didn't bring. The guys doing the job said they wasn't told what they would be installing.Called the office after getting the bill. He offered to take a hour off.

We have apologized and this was a situation of miscommunication. We often are booked several days in advance and then still occasionally unforeseen circumstances arise. This was a non emergency job was stated to install two hose bibs and there was a leaking shower. The water for the hose bibs was said to be close by. When we arrived there was four hose bibs to be installed which required 120' of digging and water line that was not was anticipated. You were happy with our work until you received the bill. We had a commode overflowing and they were there in less than hour. They were very professional and did their job very well. After removing backed up sewer in the shower and commode, they removed the commode and unstopped the drain. They reset the commode and cleaned the shower and bath room floor and disinfected floor and shower. They did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend ME Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Charlie

M.E. does all my plumbing work both in my home and my in-home daycare. We purchased a 90 year old home for our daughter. Most everything there had to replaced or moved! They are very quick to answer calls for help especially I. Emergencies.

I have used M.E. Plumbing twice now and have been very happy both times! The first time was a leak on my hot water heater after hours that needed to be fixed that night. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The second time was a full day of sink and toilet installations, replacing manifold fittings, a hot water heater flush and 5 faucet replacements. Again all the work was done fast and everything was done to perfection. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

M.E. Plumbing is the only plumbing company we call! The most recent work we had done, was replacement of a tub faucet in my kids' bathroom. When we built, the faucet installed was a single handle in which the flow and temperature are not separately controlled. This makes it difficult for kid baths where they want to have the water trickle for play, but also keep warm. M.E. Plumbing suggested a different unit and replacement was no problem for them.
