This workout is fun, rewarding, and different each time. Works out every body part without having to go to a gym. I am rediscovering (and developing) muscles I had long since forgotten that I had. Eva is very motivating, and I especially appreciate the explanations of each exercise, what specific parts it focuses on, and how to perform the move safely. She also provides modifications for each participant according to their abilities or conditions.
Did Virtual Fit class with Eva. I have one arm in a sling post surgery and Eva helped me make safe accommodations, while still making me sweat and feel the best burn. Energized! Thank you, Eva!
The best work out group I found since living in LA! I highly recommend making it a weekly habit as you feel so lifted and fit after the work out. The location next to the water is amazing, can’t beat it!
