Amazing workouts! Max and Eva are making sure the workouts are challenging and fun. I really got stronger with their help!
ME life did a webinar for capstone financial group and it was spectacular the information given was amazing. Very knowledgeable in the field of health and wellness and we were able to take great points from the presentation.
If you’re someone who gets bored in a gym or struggles with motivation, I’d definitely recommend giving a Me Life outdoor class a try. It just hits different. The instructors are amazing. It’s both hard and fun, but not so hard that I don’t want to come back. It’s the perfect balance!! Definitely recommend .
This was too good to be true! Max was absolutely lovely and amazing instructor while Eva provided childcare. We got a sweat while looking at the seals swimming by. 10/10! Would do this every day if I lived here!
I had the best experience doing a stroller workout at the park with my baby and Eva! As someone newly postpartum, I really appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive she was to my body’s needs.
