The best fitness class with a fantastic instructor. Couldn’t get a better location and so nice to bring the babies!
Supportive, Effective, and Incredibly Kiddo-Friendly. Max and Eva take such great care of me and my two-year-old son, who is definitely very busy! Knowing he is in such patient and caring hands allows me to fully focus on my workout. I’ve seen great improvements not only in my strength but also in my general energy levels. If you are looking for a parent and me class in the Marina del Rey or Santa Monica area, this is it. Highly, highly recommended!
Eva is the best personal trainer. she was so good that she taught me how to do it myself and now I regularly go to the gym by myself and I'm in the best shape of my grownup life. I couldn't recommend more highly
This was the first workout class that I’ve done in a very long time especially after giving birth. Eva & Max made me feel SO welcome right off the bat. They were accommodating, kind and always put me and my child’s needs first. I can’t imagine a better way to start working out again as they pushed me in the best possible ways for myself. Very grateful for them and the community they’ve built for all of us!
I’ve been working with Eva and Max from ME Life for 6 months and love it! I’ve lost weight while getting stronger. I signed up for personal training and they are the best. Super convenient in the Marina del Rey area. I really enjoy the work outs, both outside in park area and their gym. Highest recommendation!
