Had such a great experience at my first class with Max and Eva. They are very supportive and help you make modifications to suit your level. It was such a great overall workout that got me sweating and got my heart rate up while also focusing on strengthening and toning. I loved it.

I purchased the eight week weight loss program, and I lost nine pounds with tried and true methods of nutrition counseling and an exercise regimen. Weight loss was steady, effective and no drugs! I was very happy with the results and felt stronger and slimmer. I highly recommend Eva Lee and ME Life because they are supportive, motivating and knowledgeable!
Don’t be fooled by the name! This class may welcome babies and strollers, but it’s a legit full-body workout that will kick your butt into shape. Max is an amazing trainer and Eva helps keeps an eye on the little ones while pushing the parents to work hard and stay motivated. Every session feels supportive, fun, and surprisingly intense in the best way. Perfect for anyone who wants to get strong and sweat!

Supportive, Effective, and Incredibly Kiddo-Friendly. Max and Eva take such great care of me and my two-year-old son, who is definitely very busy! Knowing he is in such patient and caring hands allows me to fully focus on my workout. I’ve seen great improvements not only in my strength but also in my general energy levels. If you are looking for a parent and me class in the Marina del Rey or Santa Monica area, this is it. Highly, highly recommended!
