My grandmother called FiveStar to look at the drain for her washing machine as it was running over. The tech Douglas peeked in the house and then peeked at the pipes from the crawl space door. The pipes are 20ft at least from the door and behind all kinds of duct work and footings. You absolutely cannot get a good assessment from the door. He comes back with a quote that ranged from 11k to 25k to fix a slow drain. She's 86 and on a fixed income.
